Tamar Demir Yazgül began her career as a design architect. Between 2007 and 2013, she worked as a Project Manager at Tekfen Real Estate Development and Investment Co., Inc., playing an active role in the development, design, construction, and marketing of high-standard projects.

She then served as Project and Design Manager at Omurga Real Estate Investment Co., Inc., and in 2015, with the establishment of Omurga Capital, she became a member of the Investment Committee responsible for real estate assets. In 2025, she took on the role of Project & Design Manager at Omurga Real Estate GmbH, a company in which she is a partner.

Tamar Demir Yazgül graduated from Sahakyan Nunyan Armenian High School and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Master’s degree in Project and Construction Management from Istanbul Technical University. She is also a CMBD-licensed appraiser.
